I have spent years creating a layout that I am reasonably happy with, and have had years of stable playtime with it. Has anyone else experienced this? I really don’t want to play without my addons, even if it is stable. If I rename the WTF, Cache, and Interface folders to force the game into default state, it seems to run stable, but as soon as I get my addons up I start to experience the same constant disconnects every 1-3 minutes. In trying the recommended steps on the help article, I thought I had narrowed it down to an issue with my interface, particularly with Elvui, but after completely uninstalling and deleting my entire WoW folder (including Interface, Cache, and WTF), I am still having the same issue after reinstalling WoW and fresh versions of all my previously non-conflicting addons (namely ELvui, Threat Plates, World Quest Tracker, and Miks Scrolling Combat Text).

I have never experienced disconnects this frequent or severe before, and have been trying to see if the issue is on my end. For unknown reasons, I have been getting instantly disconnected every few minutes for the last few days, with the WOW51900319 disconnect error.
